Pricing Structures that are Competitive

If you need a process agent right away, we can provide same-day service. Order forms must be issued by 2 p.m. UK time. Only contact us after 2 p.m. Depending on the complexity of the appointment, we might be able to return the documents the next day.

These cases will be handled on an individual basis. A fee of £175 is paid to guarantee same-day delivery.

We have a typical cycle time of 1-3 business days. We strive to respond to confirmation requests as quickly as possible.

We’ll contact you as soon as we receive the notification to let you know this is the case. You will then be given the option of having the notice scanned and sent to you via email (which is the most popular option), faxed, sent via Royal Mail, or sent via courier for an extra charge

The fee must be paid within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. Cleared payment is not needed until we can set up the facility to avoid possible delays.

All we need from you is a completed and signed order form. There is no need for any additional documentation. We want the procedure to be as simple and straightforward as possible

We’ll give you a signed confirmation letter, a countersigned version of the order form you sent us (which forms our contract with you), and our invoice once the facility is up and running.

Using our regular confirmation letter is the fastest and easiest way to nominate us. However, we might be able to use one that you have. If you need anything more customised, please contact us so that we can address your needs. Any confirmation that isn’t normal will need to be reviewed by our in-house legal counsel, which will result in extra fees based on time spent.

Typically, not for a fixed-term position. Per year, before cancellation, an annual facility is invoiced. Aside from that, we can only charge extra fees if you needed extra facilities, such as an amendment to an existing facility or an extension to one that is about to expire.
